ONE
OF THE HARDEST lessons to learn during times of rapid
transformation is the realization that there are no mistakes,
no errors, in how your life is designed and contracted, or
how it has unfolded to date. Everything is the way it was supposed
to be.
Oh my! What
a pill to swallow! What force of will is required to even entertain
such an idea! An d
yet, if we are to move from 3D Consciousness to become
Citizens of
Multi-D, our journey must begin here. Without such a
realization, our Cosmic Ship would run aground even before we reach
the Inner Harbor.
The dual
beliefs of multiversal
perfection and
physical immortality are direct springboards into the Expanded
Realms. They own and realize that nothing really changes except our
perception. It is the shifting and changing of perception that
constitutes a soul's evolution in physical form.
For many,
the only "comfort" (if you could call it that) which has been gained
from suffering through a traumatic and unfulfilling childhood comes
from (justified) resentment they carry against that nasty old stork,
who must have delivered them to the wrong house... or that "ideal
job" which passed them by, or the lover that was never theirs... on
and on. To circle back now, and begin
reframing their
life as 100% successful, from its beginning to current day, is
far more than some mind s
can handle. They would choke before the words could even pass their
lips.
The
Good, the Bad, and the Other-ly
Even the most wretched being, riddled with disease and shunned by
society, carries within himself a secret place where he believes: "I
am special." Not only that, but there is also a place inside where
comparisons are made, and judgments are formed, as he measures
himself against others. It may dwell deep within his belly, and
almost completely overlooked by conscious awareness, but it is
there. A mind that is vexed, and a body that is wracked with pain
does not change this. In fact, it is these preoccupations that often
serve as a buffer between this being and his innate egotistical ties
to reality. This is one of the hard lessons explored in The Book of
Job, in the Bible.
We know that
everyone cherishes an aspect to himself (or herself) which compares,
gloats over, criticizes, and holds narcissistic "court" within the
mind and heart. The way we know this is: we are still present in
physical form. The very origin of 3D springs from separation
consciousness, perceptual comparison, and contrast between two or
more persons/objects in space. For more info on this, I invite you
to review The Reconnections'
Transmission on "How
Universes Are Formed."
Bridge
People
have
less to do with comparison, involving "this" or "that," than with
the creation of a merge place for "this, that, and the other."
And, when we speak about "The Other," we move back in the realm of
hybrids again.
There are
all kinds of hybrids on this planet today. The most well-known are
hybrid plant species, vegetables and such. But, even more
interesting, animals are being inter-bred - combining classic traits
with other classic traits to produce variations of species that are
sometimes quite unique. Examples of the more noteworthy are listed
below, from Wikipedia. Some
of these links include pictures:
Most
fascinating are those hybridizations occurring within the gene pool
of humanity. Some are deliberate, and some are quite incidental.
Sci-Fi Stories about (mad) science and hybridization abound: Mary
Shelley's
Frankenstein,
The Island of Dr. Moreau, and
The Cat People come to mind right away. Other hybrid
mixtures in film have involved insects, reptiles, and even plants.
Many of the story lines use extraterrestrial visitation as a basis
for these changes. Others build the story lines around radioactive
fallout, nuclear testing, or residuals of war in order to explain
the mutations.
Deep inside
ourselves, we know that we're ONE with everything and
everyone. But our physical appearance, and our diversity of
character give a strong impression of separation, which makes 3D
Reality an ideal place to study - up close and personal - certain
variations of species and essence. To study what is, what was, and
certainly what could be.
Mixing Species, Characteristics, and Realms
The are some mixtures that are merely "interesting," and then there
are mixtures that serve eternal purposes. One of those "bridges"
comes right from the Bible, where there is reference made to a time
in human history where "swords are beaten into plowshares ... and
the lion lays down with the lamb." Indeed, it seems unclear from the
scripture what the lion does when he lays down with that
lamb, but the idea of mixing and mingling essence, of mutual
nurturing and blending, is certainly implied, whether or not any
genetic material ever gets exchanged. There will come a time when
Gentleness and Power, always seen as opposites, will combine their
elements to form a new kind of government, a new way of being and
seeing.
At one point
in Jesus' teaching of the disciples, he encourages them to be "as
cunning as wolves, but as gentle as lambs." Once again, we're
invoking the power and essence of the animal kingdom so as to
sharpen the abilities of men as they carry out their
responsibilities in human form. The Native Americans, Africans,
Eskimos, and Aborigines have known about this for centuries. We are
speaking, of course, about
Totem
Energy, the shamanic practice of
invoking
animal or archetypal power into the lives of humans - for purposes
of worship, preparations for war, and even as symbols or patrons of
clans, tribes, and other communal arrangements.
It is not
unusual to see Medicine Men and Tribal Chieftains adorn themselves
with pelts, necklaces, and headdresses - made from horns, teeth, or
antlers of local beasts - openly identifying with the power of those
animals to assist them as they dispatch their duties among the
people. From a Tribal Viewpoint, animals, birds, or crawling things
are not just beasts of burden, irritants, or a hunters' prey. They
are also partners in the circle of life, caring for and co-habiting
the land. When an animal is killed and eaten, as is a natural
function of life for these people - it becomes a ceremonial
occasion, a cause for worship and thanksgiving. Natives grieve when
they see "white men" kill animals simply for sport. To them, it's a
travesty - an unnatural act, and a disgrace.
Many Tribes
name themselves after birds, animals, and other living things.
Belief in the art of
Shape Shifting among indigenous peoples kindles the holy flame
of Collective Imagination - generating an energy which, over time,
assumes that it is possible for a man or woman to transform, to
temporarily assume the form of an
animal
or bird, running and flying as beasts do, then returning again to
human form when it suits their fancy. Truth or Fiction? Only the
Shadow knows!
There are
many other types of "hybrids" we could discuss: Developmentally
"Special" People (whose consciousness sits halfway between 3D and
the Expanded Realms), Transexuals, Two-Spirited (Berdache) People,
Bi-Polars (holding both polarities within themselves at once),
Multiple Personalities, etc. These are people who outwardly,
literally, create union between both "sides" of many issues. They
anchor firmly on "this side," and they attach themselves to "that
side." Like the Native People, they have caught the vision of
oneness, on some levels, and they busy about the process of
integrating that Oneness.
Bridge People in the Aquarian Age
It has been said that the Piscean Age is officially over and done.
Whereas we once spent our time learning to be "fishers of men,"
controlling the masses through politics, religion, social mores, and
law - we are now entering into an age where the water-bearer is
pouring out the water (very symbolic of emotion) from the urn, and
letting it fun freely.
In this New
Age of Techno-Marvels and Instant Communication, the Bridge People
will be made up primarily of those who have "eyes to see and ears to
hear." The Shape-Shifting in our lives truly IS a matter of
perception, as are all facets of life. The Tribes of the Future
will
learn to be unbiased, fair minded people who do not jump to
conclusions or readily take "sides" in whatever issues that emerge.
Instead, they will be peacemakers, way-showers in the path of new
life.
Other
characteristics of those who are now emerging to take up this mantle
are as follows:
-
Gatekeepers: One door in their mind and heart opens to
the Multiverse, and one door opens to 3D reality. They have
investments in each realm. Within the confines of that passageway,
there is a magical transformation that happens..... making visits
between the worlds possible. Remember the function of that
wardrobe, in C.S. Lewis'
Chronicles of Narnia? A closet with two doors. That's
what these people are like.
-
Alchemists: Their life purpose is "mixing and mingling"
energies, for the purpose of facilitating transformation. Their
bodies and souls are cauldrons, into which are poured a whole host
of wonderful and awesome concoctions! They are wonders to behold.
-
Fair Minded:
Because their primary motivation is "mixing and blending," Bridge
People can usually see ALL sides of a dispute quite clearly. They
are frequently consulted, as mediators, and do a fine job of it,
when left to themselves.
-
Considerate: Because they operate clearly on the belief
that everyone and everything is truly a part of themselves, Bridge
People tend to be quite sensitive to the feelings of others, and
it benefits all who come in contact with them.
-
Resilient:
Bridge People have loads of endurance. In truth, they are
naturally resilient because they are minimally involved in
resisting the nature of people or things. When you spend your life
looking for ways to join people, there is not a huge
outflow of resistance energy.
-
Curious: People with this outlook tend to have a huge
interest in the diversity and color of life. They are always ready
for the new and unusual. That is how they end up with such a
"menagerie" of friends! They innately know when people are open to
sharing, and they are quick to give space to those who need it.
-
Gregarious and Community-Oriented:
Though Bridge People can be excellent dance partners, in a
one-to-one relationship, they tend to become bored if they are
forced to remain in that state too long. Though many of them
rejuvenate their energy in solitude, Bridge Folk are basically
social animals, and require plenty of stimulation and variety to
stay healthy and alive.
These are
just a few of the qualities demonstrated by Bridge People. The
December Segment will be our final segment in this series. In that
article, we
will talk about a time, not too long from now, when society, as
a whole will become the Bridge, finally affording these
dedicated individuals some much-needed rest. They can then lay aside
their tools and enjoy the ride. Those will be exciting times,
indeed, and not too distant, I might add. Have a Great Thanksgiving.
See you next month.
DJ.
