• Sunday, 9/18: Check-in at the George & Pilgrims Hotel is at 2 PM. The hotel, which has been lodging guests for over 500 years, including Henry VIII, is right on Glastonbury's main street, with restaurants and shops right outside the door! Our opening Conclave Session will be from 3  - 5 PM, followed by a break for dinner, after which we'll head to Glastonbury Tor for our first sunset together.

• Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept 20 & 21st: Morning sessions followed by free time in the afternoon to explore Glastonbury (more pics!), the Chalice Well, the Tor, and  Glastonbury Abbey, as well as shops and restaurants. Tuesday will be a regular morning and evening session, and on Wednesday Morning, we will come together for a Group Rebirthing and processing about the many and varied births and rebirths that make up life in 4D and beyond. This will be followed by an evening session at 7 PM, which concludes the Official Conclave portion of the journey. A public bus system provides regular service to the Chalice Well and Glastonbury Tor.

• Thursday, Sept 22nd: We'll be leaving promptly at 8 AM for an all day tour, beginning with a visit to Warwick Castle in the morning, which we'll enter as a group, but tour on our own, followed by a visit to Stratford Upon Avon, the home and birthplace of William Shakespeare, and one of the prettiest little villages in England.  Our host for these next two days will be Angela Finbow, also known as "Hedgeangel" in the Reconnections Community---a delightful being who is a native of the region, a Mistress of Ceremony in her own rite (!)........and a great stirrer up of the spirits. 

   

  • Warwick Castle is over a thousand years old and has been well maintained with magnificent towers and ramparts, and splendid grounds, and plenty of places to have a bite for lunch. There are many attractions at Warwick Castle from dungeons to the Great Hall, State Rooms and the Royal Weekend Party of 1898. Many of the well laid out exhibitions have wax figures.

• Stratford Upon Avon: We'll be leaving Warwick at 2:30 PM and arriving at Stratford Upon Avon in  time to tour William Shakespeare's Birthplace  (this takes about an hour) after which we'll take a short walk to the boat launch on the Avon River and board our privately chartered river boat at 4:30 PM, for a one hour cruise up and down the Avon.  There will then be time to explore this beautiful little town on our own and have dinner before leaving at 7 PM for our ride back to Glastonbury. We'll arrive back around 9:30 PM.

City of Bath

• Friday, Sept 23rd:  After a leisurely breakfast, our private bus leaves at 10 AM for our trip to Bath, where you can spend the next 6 hours exploring the city on your own or with friends. While there are many things to see and some great walking tours, we'll be providing you with admission tickets to the Roman Baths Museum. We'll also include admission to one of the following: a Double Decker Bus Tour of Bath, or a two hour session at the soon to be re-opened Thermae Bath Spa, the only spa in Great Britain that uses water from natural hot springs. This spa is currently still under construction but should be open by the time we visit. The spa session includes entry to the New Royal Bath featuring the open-air rooftop pool, Minerva Bath, Steam Rooms, restaurant and the opportunity to join an elementary activity class in the 'Inner Space' for a session of yoga, meditation or Pilates. Additional massage or treatments can be purchased as well.  If the Spa is still not re-opened, or, for those who choose the Double-Decker bus tour, this tour lasts approximately an hour but allows you to hop on and hop off as you wish for the entire day!  The bus comes around every 15 minutes no matter where you are on the tour.  We'll return to Glastonbury around 6 PM and have our final evening free to pack, to spend time with friends, or enjoy a last visit to the Tor at sunset.     
• Saturday, Sept 24th:  Breakfast and Departure.  Lots of hugs and teary goodbyes.  Another beautiful day in the Multiverse.

Personal Readings with Daniel and the Reconnections

(Schedule Permitting)

These will be available for $90 per hour (US Funds), and needs to be paid before departure. A tape of the session is included.

Accommodations & Meals 

Rooms at the George & Pilgrim are assigned first come, first serve based on the date the deposit is received. Breakfast is included; you pay for all other meals as well as personal items. Most rooms are double or triple occupancy. There may be some single rooms available as well, available at an additional cost. We are happy to arrange roommates for you.

 

Tour Operator

Body Mind Spirit Journeys (BMSJ) will be our tour operator and will handle administration and finances for the Conclave and Tour, though they will not be traveling with our group. Accompanying the tour will be Daniel Jacob (Reconnections, Inc), who will lead the Conclave part of the week, and local host Angela Finbow, who will accompany the group on the two touring days following the Conclave.  For those who wish an even longer vacation, BMSJ is offering an extension package of 2 nights/ 3 days in London.

 

Not Included

Items of a personal nature such as laundry, drinks and telephone calls. Any item that is not specifically detailed in the brochure or final trip itinerary.   Airfares and other transportation expenses to get you to Glastonbury are not included, though we will arrange a charter bus from a London airport which you can use if you wish. The price for this will be given in your registration packet.
     

Insurance Protection Plan  

We strongly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE to protect against cancellation fees and additional travel expenses that may incur before, after or during the trip due to  illness or injury, death in the family, or other unforeseen circumstances as detailed  in the insurance contract. With the reservation confirmation, Body Mind Spirit Journeys will be sending complete details on its insurance program.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

The $300 deposit is refundable up to July 18th, except for a $100 cancellation fee. The remaining balance of $ 1199  is due on July 18th, 2005  after which the balance goes to $1349.  75% of money received is refundable until August 1st, after which there is a 100% cancellation penalty; i.e. no refund is given within 45 days of the Conclave. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you purchase trip insurance which will cost approximately $60, and reimburse you in full in the event that certain types of emergencies stop you from attending. Full details will be sent with your registration packet. 

Please note that if minimum participation levels are not met, or if fluctuations in currency are so extreme that they require a significant increase in price, or if the political climate shifts and  travel to England is not recommended, or in the event that Daniel Jacob is unable to travel due to illness, injury or family emergency, we reserve the right to cancel this event, though we would most likely offer, for your consideration, an alternative itinerary and price structure in it's place.
