"Schizophrenia, Bipolar Consciousness, and Other Shamanic Traits"
B Y D A N I E L J A C O B
The basic difference between a Schizophrenic and a Spiritual Channel is the attitude of the person who is doing the perceiving. Also, it can rest in the intensity and clarity of what is coming to and through him. If a person is afraid of what's happening inside, and it disrupts his life, he will go to a doctor and get pills, therapy, or ask to be put in a safe space for a time. There is nothing wrong in this. Fear is a natural part of life, and is experienced by everyone at some time or other. If the pills and therapy work, then the problem has been addressed for the time being. His "cure" will last as long as it lasts.
If the pills or therapy seem to wear off, and nothing new can be added to affect his situation, the patient may want to consider that he isn't "sick" at all. He is actually "gifted." Now.......before you have me drawn and quartered for saying this (!).......please let me explain. And what I will tell you comes from my own internal guidance in life---my own "voices," of you will---and will either resonate with you or it will not. And that, too, is as it should be. You can take what you like and leave the rest.
THE VEIL OF FORGETFULNESS
Each person who enters the World of Form comes here to study or experience something. You might say that he is a "Gamer," and 3D Reality is his Video Game. We each create our own journey, our own "itinerary," if you will.......and the contracts for that journey are laid down long before we are born. I am speaking from a standpoint of Linear Continuity (past-present-future) because that is how most people believe the world works. However, those whose perceptual apparatus has been "altered" can attest to the fact that this is not exactly how things always are.
In their transmission "How Universes Are Formed," The Reconnections explain in detail how a person moves from being an "Immortal"......a Multiversal Spirit Being......to becoming human......with a body, mind, emotions, and a mission in life. I won't go into all of that here, except to pinpoint the idea of various "bubble realities" that are formed around certain needs for expansion and learning. With the formation of a "reality bubble," or "reality box," a person becomes insulated from the rest of who he is (in spirit), and he is enabled to focus completely on one context of life, and one perspective about the meaning of that life.
