A Cashless Society. It's only a matter of time. Well........to be exact.....it's a matter of Time AND Substance.
What is it that someone once said? "Time is money." But is the reverse also true? Many workers are paid by the hour. Others, who have refined their skills, are paid for services rendered and/or results obtained, regardless of the time they spend on the job.
In the Multiverse, the Primary Medium of Exchange is FOCUS OF ATTENTION. What we focus upon multiplies. In the Multiverse, we do business by PAYING ATTENTION to people and things. When we turn away, that focus begins to diffuse, unless we renew it by looking back.
If someone loans you money in 3D Society, the "interest" that is paid has a dual purpose. First, it satisfies the lender that it's worth his while to invest in you. Second, it motivates you, the borrower, to do everything possible to pay him back quickly, lest the accrued interest outweighs the advantage of borrowing in the first place. In both instances, FOCUS is maintained.
Planet Earth, as a Whole, is now going through a Crisis of Value. We are suffering from a gigantic BREACH OF TRUST. Though we SAY we distrust each other, or the "system"........who we REALLY distrust is ourselves.
Not long ago, the Reconnections declared: "Your World Financial System is having a nervous breakdown. You don't know yet where to go from here, but you are definitely beginning to realize that you don't want to go back to where you've been."
When the Reconnections speak about a "Cashless Society," they aren't just referring to a system where printed money is replaced by credit cards or computer chips. The whole idea goes much deeper than that. We're moving towards a reality construct where the idea of "accrued wealth" no longer applies........where saving and stockpiling is NOT considered a virtue....but a neurosis.
What is obtained through great effort must also be sustained through similar means. You must PAY ATTENTION to it, which means that it becomes a drain on you. That which flows easily, and is kept circulating, re-enforces the idea of ABUNDANCE in mind and heart. We live light, we travel light, and we become LIGHT. This stimulates our MAGICAL MANIFESTING MIND towards joy and expansion, rather than containment and fear.
There are those who speak about "saving for a rainy day." Who wants one of those? Many of the "nest eggs" that have been lost, in this recent Wall Street Debacle, were purposely released so that those individuals who were preparing to "retire" would take time to RE-WIRE, instead. When we cease to connect, in service to our fellows, we begin to die. As the Neenster reminded me, just recently: "A ship in harbor is safe. But that's not what ships were built for. If we stay anchored in the same waters too long, the water stagnates and the ship rots and sinks."
These are powerful times! Our Planet's energies are on the move! There is no one too young or too old to participate. Now is our time. We can spend our moments grieving over what's been lost, or we can immediately begin to INVEST in what's in front of us. The first rule of a "Cashless Society" is ANTE UP. PAY ATTENTION to what's in front of you. Notice to how it makes you feel. Then name and claim your path, based on multiplied joy and creativity. Much more to come on this.
