Part Seven
"The Only Begotten of the Father"
Written at Christmas, 1997
Now is a season when much of humankind is celebrating a great event. Truly, if there ever was a "Star Child" that came upon the planet, it would have to be Jesus who is called Christ. Indeed, a bright and beautiful star even hovered over the place of His birth on that night back in Bethlehem. He is said in the scriptures to be God's "only begotten son."
There is a point of distinction which the Spirit makes for us now, concerning this word "begotten." The expression refers to producing something or causing something to happen. It is an active word, a word of authority. By contrast---the word "bear," which is also applied to the act of producing a child, is a word implying a more passive relationship to the event. It means, literally, to "assume responsibility for," to "endure," or even to "carry upon one's person."
When the Angel Gabriel stood before Mary, announcing the glad tidings of her pregnancy, he said that she would *bear* a son, the offspring of the Most High. In response, Mary said to Gabriel: "Behold, the handmaid of the Lord." In modern jargon, that is the equivalent of that's "O.K. by me."
The difference which we can see in "begetting" and in the process of "bearing," especially in reference to producing children, is that the former term carries with it the power of *intent.*
Mary did not intend that Jesus would be her son, though it was alright with her once she found out about the plan. From the wording of the scriptures, there can be no doubt about the fact that God fully intended that Jesus was to come upon the Earth. It was not an accident, nor was there any doubt in God's mind about the fact that He wanted a Son.
Though it came as quite a surprise to Mary, once she understood what was going to be required of her, there was no resistance in her heart that the child would be born and that she would carry it. We might even deduce that her attitude of "enduring" or "bearing" what the Lord required was one of the qualities which caused Him to choose her in the first place.
A MATTER OF INTENT
To plan something and then execute that plan is a lot different than discovering something is happening and simply going along with it. The latter positioning comes from a different part of the brain altogether. Its called "default sovereignty."
The word "intent" is interesting in and of itself. If we look back into Jewish History, back to when the Lord God dwelt among His people in a tangible way, we notice that the Tabernacle in which He dwelt was, quite literally, a large *tent.*
When the Spirit of God came upon the Tabernacle, a bright glow would surround it---a glow which was called the Shekinah Glory of God. When the time came for God to depart from Israel (due to their lack of obedience to His Law), this glow left the tent and the Jews hung a sign over the entrance which said "Icabod" ("the Glory has departed").
When God was with Israel, it felt like nothing they did could fail. When His Spirit departed from them, a dark cloud descended upon their path. When God was in the tent, Israel could do no wrong. When He departed, doubt plagued their every step.
When Jesus walked upon the Earth, teaching and healing, it was said that He performed His duties quite differently than did the elders of the Synagogue. It was said that He "taught with authority, not as the Scribes and the Pharisees." Authority and confidence speaks of being on the inner circle of life. It sometimes doesn't even matter what the intellectual content of a leader's message happens to be. If he (or she) has an air of *authority* about him, there will always be people who will follow.
Jesus had a stirring message about personal devotion and direct connection with the Father/Source. He was no simple cult leader, slain and frustrated in His attempt to gain riches or fame. Rather, he referred to Himself as a *prototype," a living blueprint which the Apostle Paul later described as the "first-born among many brethren."
"The things I do you will do also," Jesus taught. "….and greater things, because I go to my Father."
THE GOLDEN RAY
We have spoken earlier in this series about a beam of energy that carried the souls of the second, third, and fourth wave Star Children onto the planet---beginning with Comet Kohoutek and closing its Gate with the departure of Hale-Bopp. That beam of energy was the Golden Ray, the power of the Christ Consciousness which was, once again, coming upon the planet with new force and purpose.
The "only begotten of the Father" was full of IN-TENT, clearly demonstrating by the details surrounding His birth that He was the fulfillment of prophecy, and was anointed of God to bridge the gap that existed between the Creator and His Creation.
It seems curious, then, that such a powerful Icon of Personal Connection to God would come and go as some folks say that He did. According to some particular teachings, Jesus appeared upon the planet, taught great lessons, became a symbol of God in human form , allowed Himself to be killed, and then rose again from the dead. Before ascending into Heaven, however, He organized and commissioned a religion (including the establishment of an elite group of "Apostles," who were led by a fisherman who would later be considered the first Pope).
All of these occurrences had the effect of tossing a rope around all the hopes, aspirations, and desires of humankind and then anchoring them into the image of a person leader who then chose to not stick around to administrate things for Himself. Instead He decided to ordain a group of followers to "take care of business" for Him. A very good story, yes?
The pulpits now have priests and preachers in them to interpret for the masses what the "Master" has to say to them. The coffers of the church are full of alms from the faithful, and good works are supposed to abound. But the Glory of God often seems to have departed from the much of the situation---leaving an ornately decorated, very noisy but spiritually empty tent.
FIRST BORN OF MANY
The religious smorgasbord that has developed out of the life of Jesus, who was called Christ, is an interesting and educational detour for humankind if we are not ready to fully comprehend the implications and power of the Golden Ray. As Carl Jung said: "Religion is a defense against a religious experience."
What if those verses which have been translated "he who believeth in me" and " whosoever believeth in Him" had been translated as "whosoever believeth AS Him?" What if the whole idea of Jesus' coming had to do with demonstrating for all of us what *we* are, rather than how good *He* is (and how good we aren't)? With just that simple flick of the pen, a whole "new" dispatch of the Christ Consciousness could become activated upon the planet.
The reason there is only *one* son who is "begotten of the Father" is because all of the other sons who came after Him are simply fragments of that *same one* Star Child who was brought forth into that stable in Bethlehem. Jesus was, as the Apostle Paul referred to Him, the "first-born among many brethren."
Try this on for size:
"I am the resurrection and the life. He who believeth AS me (who believes about himself the SAME THINGS that I believe about myself) shall not perish but shall have everlasting life." How does that resonate with us?
There has been an eternal gap, existing since long before any of us could remember, between the Creator and the Creation. Whether we look upon that Creator as the Divine Mother or the Heavenly Father, there has always been a feeling that Source existed *there* while humanity has had to do the best that we can existing *here.*
With the Golden Ray, we see our "there" deciding to come "here" and merge with all of us. And one of the most characteristic aspects of the incoming Star Children has been their clarity of remembrance about what life was like when we all existed * there.*
Star Children REMEMBER---and as they do, they remind all of us that we, too, are aspects of the "only begotten of the Father." They are the working models of that Star Child who exists inside all of us. They bend and flex their spiritual muscles and we Baby Boomers vicariously bend with them, even if we are still holding firm to our rituals and traditions---preparing ourselves for the time when we are prepared to fully believe in ourselves as Jesus did.
THE WORD, MAKING ITSELF FLESH
The core of the New Testament Church has been wrapped up in belief in Jesus as personal Savior and Lord. The core of the Reconnection does not abolish that truth, but simply takes it a step further. We can now believe that each and every person upon the planet is currently creating, for him or herself, the entire reality in which he exists.
The early church leaders were not willing to completely *own* for themselves what Jesus was saying about Himself. Some of them were willing to believe really great things about *Him,* but about themselves they were only willing to ascribe words like "wretch" and "poor sinner." The idea of bringing humankind into the same status as Jesus was still quite foreign to them. In fact, it remains foreign to many people today.
Jesus prayed that all who believe in (and as) Him:
"…….may be ONE, as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be ONE in us."
Really, this is the heart of what ONENESS means: ONE in US. It is about bridging the gap that has eternally existed between Source and Sorcerer, between Creator and Creation, and between the Father and His "only begotten Son." To make this leap, we do not have to destroy the US, we simply need to consider the MANY to be aspects of the same ONE. This takes a significant infusion of *faith* which is the only glue that could ever bind together a gap that has become as wide as has this one.
BRINGING OURSELVES ON LINE
We, who existed upon the planet before the influx of the 1973 energy, will need to upgrade our systems to Windows 95 (which was the close of the Hale-Bopp Energy Gate). If we want to enjoy the multi-tasking power boost of all the new mental and spiritual software that is standard issue for our Star Children, we will need to get the chip off our shoulder and into our mother board!
Jesus prayed that we all would be one, even as He was one with the Father. This Oneness is a point of internal perception, not a political movement. It is a seed that is planted on the inner planes that bears fruit in the outer world.
The Star Children---be they first, second, or third wave---are a telepathic Oneself, a creative force of vast and eternal magnitude. Though many of our minds and hearts are slumbering at this time, our souls stand strong and connected in the ethers, broadcasting in a unified message: "Awake, brothers and sisters, the time is at hand!"
The Second Wave managed to fragment itself into two halves, those who anchor the energy and hold it steady (Gen. "X") and those who explore with almost daredevil curiosity (Gen. "Y") and transmit their findings back to the Oneself. The Third Wave is a group of integrators (Gen. "Z") who seek to harmonize and balance all of the new breeds of energy that are coming onto the planet at this time. Many of these infusions are from internal as well as celestial realms.
Dophins and Whales have always been very involved with the adaptations and operations of Star Children upon the planet. The entity Bashar (channeled by Darryl Anka) once described, in detail, how the infant souls of Star Children mix and mingle with these marvelous water mammals during their early days in physical form. In this way, they are easily able to adapt to existing in this denser physical format while still being consciously connected to life in the Multiverse. In a sense, their souls learn to "swim" within the physicality of it all.
In order that we, too, might be able to adapt to these perceptual shifts that are ahead of all of us---many Baby Boomers may also become willing to take the download which Spirit is now offering to us. It can be our own complimentary CD-ROM, filled with symbols and essential data that will enable our operating systems to align with the Planetary Oneself and ride the waves of energy into Fourth Density.
In order to do this, we become willing to *believe* about ourselves what the very first Star Child was willing to believe about Himself. We say with (and as) Him: "I and the Father are One." There is no real presumption in this, though making such a statement nearly got Jesus stoned when people overheard Him back in His day. Saying it in our day, though, will merely mean that the Father has granted the request which Jesus made when He spoke that prayer.
THE WAY OF ONENESS
There are three key elements that have been downloaded into the Mass Consciousness which have become a matrix of energy, enabling our Return to Oneness to take place.
The first conceptual element is the Hermetic Axiom. "As above, so below" is a postulate which connects the unseen realms with those that are seen. This truth also applies in reverse too. "As below, so above" is a validation for the infinite variations that exist everywhere. Spanning the dimensions, the Axiom has already mutated into "as within, so without," and so on.
The figure of speech used here is a hendiadys, and it forms what is called the Doctrine of Correspondence. Heaven and Hell are simply two sides of the *same coin,* as are God and the Devil, plus every other polarization in between. The coin, itself, is the universe in which we all exist---the Reconnection or Oneness Universe.
The second key element is the knowledge that our reality is a vast Multidimensional Crystal. Each facet of that jewel is a mirror revealing an aspect of the glorious Oneself which we all are. Narcissism is one of the names of The Game here, folks--and no one gets left out unless he or she wants to be. Look into the pool, it is thy reflection that stares back at thee!
Finally, the third key element is the realization that all time is NOW. Our reality is made up of one "now-moment," which has fragmented itself into however many aspects of that moment which are needed to fully represent the height, breadth, and depth of All That Is.
Taken together, and fully integrated, this little "Eternity Cocktail" will transmute any fragmented, separated individual into a fully functioning Star Child. Have you been playing Mr. Hide? Well stop it, Dr. Jekyll and let yourself be known.
These amazing kids want to open up and play with us, but they don't want us all to be hurt in the process. They know a person can't log onto a Super Computer Network with a 2400 bps Modem. Therefore, they are simply willing to hold back, though the waiting is starting to cause them considerable pain.
Back in 1981, humankind was faced with a monumental dilemma. We had grown in power and unity to the point where we all had to decide, on some level of our consciousness, whether we were going to blow ourselves up or deflate ourselves back down.
Fortunately, we all chose the latter, which is what gave birth to the Reconnection Universe. The number ONE, in the jargon of mathematics, is a Prime Factor. It can only be divided by itself. We are now realizing that, in the beginning, this is exactly what we all did. We divided the Oneself, and this Christmas we have the chance to PULL OURSELF BACK TOGETHER.
One is not just the *loneliest number* that we could ever do. It is also the "only-est" number that any of us have ever been. The greatest fear known to God or man is that we might be left alone with nothing to do. Being an "only child" can be boring and pointless. In fact, the monotony can become so intense that a person could truly experience a psychotic *break* because of it! And indeed, that break of the Oneself is what produced this physical universe in the first place.
The negative, contracted version of Oneness is found in the word "alone." The positive, more expanded version of Oneness is portrayed as "all one." It's the same word, but a different emphasis. It's surely possible to be lonely in a crowd, as many of us have experienced. Usually, however, that loneliness has to do with a sense of alienation and separation that we have accepted as truth, but is really a trick that we have played on ourselves.
REAL ANSWERS TO UNREAL PROBLEMS
Are our Star Children rebelling, as they live under our roof? We must then gaze into the pool, for it is our own reflection that stares back at us. Once we, as parents, are fully able to deal with living reflections of our own damaged, hungry, or confused inner children, real change can finally take place.
Instead of carting the kids off to a shrink or grounding them for weeks, why not give to *ourselves* what our kids appear to lack? Why not *believe the reflection* and deal with the source, rather than try and paint over the mirror? After the children begin to realize that they are no longer being *projected upon* and controlled by their parents, they will finally be free to be themselves and go after what is important for them.
In truth, most of the second, third, and fourth wave beings are quite ambivalent about where they will be and what they will do. They are all primarily teachers and guides, and that is what they will tend to want to do, each in his or her own way. However, before they can go heal the planet, their natural affections and loyalties will keep them home, trying to reflect Mom and Dad so the folks can recover first.
To "beget" a life rather than to simply "bear" it requires GUTS. A person has to stand up and own his or her personal power, not cower behind pre-fab "responsibilities" and societal roles. Children can sense this a mile away, which is why they refer to the establishment as "Babylon" or the "Nine-to-Five World."
When Star Children see their parents fighting and hating each other, and forcing themselves to go to jobs which they despise, they cross those parents off their list of desirable influences. The fact that there is food on the table, and a roof overhead is often quite irrelevant. Frankly, many would rather curl up with loving family, in warmth and concern, and sleep out under the stars.
Many young, innocent girls would rather *waste their lives* for love today than sell or trade their lives for money and security. Such is the state of the Star Child mindset. We adults might consider it foolish, uncivilized, or disrespectful. To them, it is a resurgence of Mother Nature finally correcting Herself.
Granted, the illustrations presented here are extreme. Most of the Star Children who are awake today are examples of life in the extreme. We can either fight them and try to hold them back (which we will not always be able to do), or we can recognize that their extremes in one direction are often a *reaction* against our own extremes in the opposite direction. After all, when a boat full of people is tipping to the right, it only makes sense that those who wish to save it would lean hard to the left, does it not?
